Over 70 people turned out last Thursday night for the panel discussion Rhetoric and Hate: What the Holocaust Should Have Taught Us, which was co-sponsored by the Institute of Holocaust and Genocide Studies and Helmke Library.  The panel, consisting of Mike Wolf, Ann Livschiz, Ben Eisbart, and Wendy Soltz, discussed the legacy and historical context of Kristallnacht, the “Night of Broken Glass”, and how this helps us understand and respond to recent anti-Semitic attacks.

A big thank-you goes out to the panelists and everyone who attended.

If you missed the event, a video of the panel (starting about 15 minutes into the discussion) is available here: https://youtu.be/dirsYniu1b4
